Positive Kids INC was founded with one frustration in mind: the tutoring industry wasn’t designed for kids with ADHD. Traditional tutoring centres use the same methods that already aren’t working in classrooms — more repetition, more time-on-task, more of the same. For children with ADHD, that approach doesn’t just fail to help. It often makes things worse.
We set out to build something different. Every tutor we hire comes not just with subject knowledge, but with deep training in ADHD, executive function, and child psychology. Every session is built around how the ADHD brain actually processes information — through novelty, engagement, movement, and structure.
The result is a tutoring experience that children with ADHD actually look forward to — and academic results that parents didn’t think were possible.

Everything we do comes back to these principles.
We apply real cognitive science to every session. Our tutors understand the ADHD brain, including dopamine, working memory, and emotional dysregulation, and teach accordingly.
Grades matter. But confidence, self-advocacy, and emotional wellbeing matter more. We build the whole child, not just their test scores.
You know your child best. We work alongside you with regular updates, parent coaching resources, and open communication at every step.
Geography shouldn't limit access to great ADHD support. We serve families in all 50 states through remote sessions, in-person where available, and everything in between.
We don't just help kids pass tests. We teach systems, strategies, and self-awareness that follow them through school and into adulthood.
